- Pacific Highway - construction of sealed shoulders along both sides of the Pacific Highway in association with the intersection upgrades at both Tomago Road and Old Punt Road, Tomago.

- Gosford - construction of a shared use path along the north western foreshore of the Kincumber Broadwater from Carrak Road, Kincumber to Broadwater Drive, Saratoga.
- Lake Macquarie and Newcastle – stage 1 construction of a shared use path within the disused tramway corridor from Frederick Street, Glendale to Ganney Road, Wallsend.
