Suburbs affected include Milsons Point, Sydney CBD, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Moore Park, Kensington, Randwick, Millers Point, Pyrmont, Haberfield, Lilyfield and Rozelle.
Road closures from 4am to 1pm depending on the suburb affected. The Sydney Harbour Bridge will be closed in both directions from 4am to 10am.
