Summary
Use these application packs when applying for a road occupancy licence or a licence to film on or near a road which effects traffic flow on Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) owned roads.
Application forms for development (D) and non-development (N) activities and temporary speed limit restrictions, can be downloaded here.
Instructions: Select appropriate form; print; complete; sign and review prior to submitting. Any form not completed correctly and/or signed will be rejected. Completed forms can be either - mail, fax or email.To open or download documents, 'right-click' on the title for PC and 'control-click' on the title for Mac and choose an option.
