Crashlab uses the Gfs produced DIAdem package for data analysis .
DIAdem is regarded as the industry standard package for data analysis and is a very powerful tool for presentation as well as analysis.
The autosequence facility is particularly powerful where repetitive tasks can be automated to streamline the production of results and graphs, etc.

- 144 analog and 80 digital channels 20k sample rate. Portable, modular, robust. Units by 32 channels measuring 270 x 110 x 85mm.
- 16 analog channels 8k sample rate. Small, modular, robust. Units by 8 channels measuring 180 x 105 x 57mm.
- 48 analog channels 10k sample rate. System consists of PC's with signal conditioning.
- Accelerometers up to 2000g.
- Linear and rotary potentiometers.
- Velocity measurement systems.
- Single and multi axis load cells.
- High speed cameras (up to 3,000 frames per second).

Crashlab’s primary data acquisition system is a Kayser-Threde Mini-DAU (Miniaturised Data Acquisition Unit) system of 144 analogue and 64 digital channels.
