A practical guide to addressing road safety issues around schools

The purpose of the guide is to assist principals, parent groups and other members of the school community to address their school's road safety issues. It has been written in consultation with school community stakeholders and the agencies responsible for road safety around schools.

The guide provides information on:

  • The most common road safety issues affecting schools.
  • Roles and responsibilities of agencies involved in road safety around schools.
  • How to get assistance.
