Document Help
Some documents on this site are larger than 1Mb and your connection speed may cause problems downloading them. The following guidelines will help you overcome this.
Downloading Large Documents
Internet Explorer:
- Right click on the icon/link
- Select from the menu the "Save Target As..." option
- Select the location on your hard drive (where you would like to download the document)
- Click the "Save" button.
Firefox:
- Right click on the icon/link
- Select from the menu the "Save Link As..." option
- Select the location on your hard drive (where you would like to download the document)
- Click the "Save" button.
Chrome:
- Right click on the icon/link
- Select from the menu the "Save Link As..." option
- Select the location on your hard drive (where you would like to download the document)
- Click the "Save" button.
PDF Help
To view documents in PDF format, you must have Adobe Acrobat PDF reader software version 6 or above installed on your computer.
Many computers have this software pre-installed. If your computer does not have Adobe PDF reader version 6 or above, visit the Adobe website to download and install the latest PDF reader free of charge.
