Lanyon Drive upgrade - Between the Monaro Highway and Tompsitt Drive, Queanbeyan

Lanyon Drive has been upgraded to a four lane divided road between Sheppard Street in the ACT and Tompsitt Drive in NSW. The project opened to traffic in April 2011.

This project was funded by the Federal, NSW and ACT governments.

The new westbound carriageway, including new bridges over the Goulburn–Bombala railway and Jerrabomberra Creek, was opened to traffic in August 2010.

Benefits of the project
