Interactive maps
Interactive maps have been developed to clearly show the issues and potential constraints associated with planning an additional crossing of the Clarence River. The maps are based on the information presented in the Preliminary Route Options Report. Please click on image below to launch the interactive maps.
Constraints include:
- Landscape character.
- Land use.
- Social and economic impact.
- Heritage considerations.
- Ecology and flooding data.
- Utilities.
- B-double routes and crash data in the area.
With the release of Preliminary Route Options - Final, new information including a layer showing the short-listed route options has been included on the maps.
Constraints can be clearly identified by colours on the maps. The maps allow multiple constraints to be viewed at the same time. Simply click on the arrow to expand the group of constraints and tick the heading and sub heading to view.
The constraints can be viewed on different map backgrounds also, including street and aerial maps.
Instructions for using the interactive maps site can be accessed by clicking the information button located at the top of the page once you have entered the site.
