Selling a vehicle
This information applies if:
- You are a NSW resident who is selling a vehicle that is registered in NSW.
- You represent an organisation which is selling a vehicle that is registered in NSW.

This is information applies if:
- You are a NSW resident who is buying a vehicle that is registered in NSW.
- You are an interstate resident who is buying a vehicle that is registered in NSW.
- You represent an organisation which is buying a vehicle that is registered in NSW.

Transferring registration after a death (deceased estates)
This information applies if:
- You are the administrator of an estate, where the deceased was the operator of a NSW registered vehicle.
- You are the executor of an estate or will, where the deceased was the operator of a NSW registered vehicle.
- You are the beneficiary of an estate or will, where the deceased was the operator of a NSW registered vehicle.
- You are listed as a joint operator with the deceased for a NSW registered vehicle.
- You are the next of kin, where the deceased was the operator of a NSW registered vehicle.
- You are disposing of a vehicle (ie selling the vehicle) before transferring the NSW registration from the deceased operator.
- You are the beneficiary of a NSW registered vehicle, where the deceased was a director of a corporation.
