Once you have:

  • bought your green slip and
  • got your e-Safety Check

you're ready to renew your registration.

The easiest way is to renew online at  myRTA.com.

Now with even more renewal options exclusive to myRTA.com, including shorter registration terms, online rego is flexible and easier then ever.

The RTA provides a secure transaction environment which allows you to renew your rego from your computer via the internet at anytime anywhere.

The RTA accepts all major credit cards for phone and online renewals, and you can use BPAY too for online renewals.

Your other options for renewing include:

  • Phone
    You can renew by calling 13 22 13.
  • Post
    You can post the paperwork with your cheque.
  • Go to a motor registry
    You can go to a motor registry and complete your renewal using cash, cheque, EFTPOS or any major credit card.
