Special Number Plates Concession Proposal
Summary
In November 2008, the NSW State Government announced it would offer the RTA’s special number plates business to the private sector.
In order to a delivery a successful Concession, a number of regulatory and legislative changes are recommended.
The RTA has begun an extensive consultation program. As part of this a Public Information Paper is now available for comment.
