To ensure the security of customer information, customers are required to establish an online account to access certain online transactions. Currently these transactions are Demerit Point Enquiries and Driving Records.
Request your driving record
There are two ways that you can request your driving record from Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority)
- Driving record online - Obtain a copy of your driving record online.
- Certified driving record - A certified copy of your driving record will be posted to the NSW mailing address recorded with Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) within 7 days
