Minimum system requirements for myRTA.com online services

The RTA recommends the following minimum computer requirements for the effective and efficient use of the online services. Any additional requirements specific to an application will be displayed on its front page.

Browser - Internet Explorer v5.5 or Netscape v4.7

1. For Windows users, WIN2K, WINXP, and Vista
2. Internet connection, 56k v90 modem or better
3. 128MB RAM
4. 10MB free hard disk space
5. Monitor resolution 800 x 600 or better

All of the eBusiness applications currently support the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer 6
• Internet Explorer 7
• Firefox 2

The applications should also be backward compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5 and Firefox1, however it is not guaranteed.

Additionally, Safari 1.0 is supported on the following applications:
