What does myE-Toll allow me to do?

myE-Toll allows you to open and manage your E-Toll account online.

After logging into myE-Toll you can:

  • Update personal and account details.
  • View and download statements and tax invoices (for the past six months).
  • Order additional tags and tag brackets.
  • Report a tag as lost or stolen.
  • View your recent nominated credit card/nominated account transactions.
  • Check your tag usage since the last statement.
  • Update your vehicle details.
  • Receive Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) E-Toll account related messages.

Existing Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) E-Toll customers - you can use myE-Toll to register for online access to your Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) E-Toll account.

If you’re not already an E-Toll customer, you can open an E-Toll account online with myE-Toll.

If you have received a toll notice for the Sydney Harbour Bridge or Sydney Harbour Tunnel you can use myE-Toll to respond to the toll notice even if your tag is not an Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) E-Toll tag. You will need to provide both your tag and account number. (You do not have to be registered with myE-Toll to respond to a toll notice.)

How do I login in to myE-Toll?

First you need to register for online access to your Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) E-Toll account. You can do this with myE-Toll. You will then receive a user ID that will be sent to your nominated email address, which you will use to login and access your E-Toll account online.

When can I use myE-Toll?

myE-Toll’s operating hours are 6am to 12.30am seven days a week.
