Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) has special licence renewal arrangements for people with a disability who are unable to attend a motor registry (e.g. because of an upstairs photograph-point location) and for licensees who are temporarily interstate or overseas. Should a customer be unable to attend a motor registry, a Photo-Kit form may be used.
Enquiries about photo-kits can be made through the Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) Photo Licence Kit unit. Photo-kits are not processed for customers whose licences are subject to current law enforcement actions.
