Verbal complaints may be accepted, however you will be asked to substantiate any claims in writing. Information can be provided anonymously, but this can make it difficult for Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) to take action if further details cannot be obtained from the person reporting the matter.
