Rest area maps

Summary

Information on NSW rest areas for light and heavy vehicles.
Disclaimer: Map details and locations accurate at time of production, however this is subject to change.
Note: Towns also provide good opportunities for travellers to rest and often offer full services.

To use the full functionality of these maps, the latest version of Adobe Reader is required. It can be downloaded here.

Viewing the maps

Each of the maps have multiple viewing layers that can be turned on and off by clicking on the "eye” icon. This feature can be used to assist in the viewing of specific information contained within the maps. When first opened, all available information is displayed. Layers of information can be selected by: clicking on the 'Layers' tab on the left-hand side of the page; and double clicking individual layers of information that appear in the grey drop-down list (there will be an automatic change to the display of information on the map).

To open or download documents, 'right-click' on the title for PC and 'control-click' on the title for Mac and choose an option.
