Description of Heavy Vehicle form
Summary
Nominated configuration for all vehicles over 4.5 tonnes GVM. For use with Application for Registration, Application for Transfer of Registration and for changing the nominated configuration.
Note: Operators of FIRS-registered vehicles must use the FIRS version of the form.
