Following changes to the NSW Road Transport (Mass, Loading and Access) Regulation 2005 (the Regulation), a mobile crane with up to 5 axles is now eligible for an Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) permit allowing a trailer to be towed.
