The introduction of the GIPA Act on 1 July 2010 requires Roads and Maritime Services to publish the following specific open access information on its website, free of charge. NSW Government Agencies have six months from 1 July 2010 to comply with these requirements.

The Publication Guide contains details of Roads and Maritime Services' (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) functions, advisory committees, documents held, access to documents and contact details for the Government Information and Privacy Officers. - Roads and Maritime Services and Roads and Traffic Authority documents tabled in Parliament
Roads and Traffic Authority Annual Report will be tabled in Parliament later this year. The 2010 Annual Report is available to view. - Policies
