Under the Block Grant Agreement Councils are required each year to complete Schedules 3, 4A & 4B and submit them to the RTA by 1st September each year. Copies of the forms are provided here for convenience but they are also included in the Block Grant Agreement section of this web site.
Councils can download the forms and complete them manually, or complete them on-line and e-mail them back to the RTA.
