The Business Rules will apply to traffic facilities works on local and regional roads in a local government area where that Council has not accepted the Traffic Facilities Component of the Block Grant Agreement.
The traffic facilities covered by these rules include the maintenance and new installation of signs and roadmarkings on local and regional roads, but excludes street name signs and traffic facilities associated with a traffic signal control site.
