Disclosure of details of all RTA contracts with the private sector
The NSW Freedom of Information Amendment (open Government-Disclosure of Contracts) Act 2006 No 115 requires the disclosure of contracts of $150,000 or greater entered into with the private sector.
The RTA shares the NSW Government's commitment to an open and accountable public service and acknowledges the commencement of this initiative as an important contribution in achieving the Government's aim.
