Disclosure of details of all Roads and Maritime Services and Roads and Traffic Authority contracts with the private sector
The Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act 2009 requires the disclosure of contracts of $150,000 or greater entered into with the private sector.
Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) shares the NSW Government's commitment to an open and accountable public service and acknowledges the commencement of this initiative as an important contribution in achieving the Government's aim.
