The Contractor rates will be fixed for 12 months from commencement date. At the conclusion of 12 months, and following negotiation and agreement with Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority), the Contractor’s rates will be increased (capped to a maximum increase of 5%). |
