Rates fixed to 30 June 2007. Following consultation and agreement by the parties, the Contractor’s rates will be adjusted on an annual basis (1 July) and will incorporate the discount structure offered by the Contractor to Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority). Any annual increases will not exceed CPI. |
