    Cost Adjustment Provision (contract clause) The Contractor’s hourly rates will be fixed for a period of 12 months from commencement date. Fees will be the subject to review in consultation with Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority), at the conclusion of the first term of the new Deed. Proposed increases are subject to Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) approval and will be no more than 5% per annum or CPI, whichever is higher.
