The rates will be fixed for the first 12 months of the Deed and thereafter, following consultation with and agreement by Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority), the Contractor will increase the charge out rates by three quarters of the aggregated increase in the CPI annually for the remainder of the term of the Deed. |
