TIP Sheets DO NOT negate the requirement to comply with and ensure that your employees, sub contractors and agents comply with any Acts, regulations, local laws and by-laws, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards associated with the management of OHS in NSW and Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) contract requirements.
