Planning approval

Final approval has been granted for the Kempsey to Eungai upgrade. The Chief Executive of the RTA determined on 24 July 2008 that the construction and operation of the Kempsey to Eungai upgrade could proceed subject to the conditions set out in the approval of the NSW Minister for Planning on 10 July 2008.

The planning approval documents were on display at the following locations:

  • Kempsey Shire Council, 22 Tozer Street
    West Kempsey (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm).
  • Kempsey RTA Motor Registry, 55 Elbow Street,
    West Kempsey (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm).
  • Kempsey Visitor Information Centre, Lachlan Street (Pacific Highway)
    (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm and Sat, 10am-4pm).
  • Nambucca Shire Council, 44 Princess Street, Macksville
    (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4.30pm).
  • Nambucca RTA Motor Registry, shops 11-13, Seascape Shopping Centre, Ridge Street,
    Nambucca Heads (Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm).
  • NSW Department of Planning Information Centre,
    23-33 Bridge Street Sydney (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
