Traineeships Offered

A traineeship provides individuals with the opportunity to gain a nationally accredited qualification whilst working full time to gain relevant skills, knowledge and valuable work experience.

We recuit trainees in the following areas:

Government:

The Government Traineeship is a 24 month, office based program. At the end of the 24 months, individuals will receive a Certificate III in Government which is a nationally Accredited Qualification.

Government Trainees must hold their Higher School Certificate or equivalent.

Business (Administration):

The Business (Administration) Traineeship is a 12 month, office based program. At the end of the 12 months, individuals will receive a nationally Accredited Qualification in Certificate III in Business – Administration.

Business (Administration) Trainees must hold their Higher School Certificate or equivalent.

Business (Motor Registries):

The Business (Motor Registries) Traineeship is a 12 month program with the Trainees based in Motor Registries around NSW. At the end of the 12 months, individuals will receive a Certificate III in Business – Motor Registries which is a nationally Accredited Qualification.

Business (Motor Registries) Trainees must be at least 18 years of age and hold their Higher School Certificate or equivalent.

Customer Contact:

The Customer Contact Traineeship is a 12 month program with the Trainees based in the Newcastle Contact Centre. At the end of the 12 months, individuals will receive a Certificate III in Customer Contact which is a nationally Accredited Qualification.

Customer Contact Trainees must be at least 18 years of age and hold their Higher School Certificate or equivalent.

Civil Construction (Road and Bridge):

The Civil Construction Traineeship program is a 24 month program. Civil Construction Trainees can specialise in two areas: Road Construction or Bridge Construction and work outdoors with a crew of experienced road workers. Civil Construction Trainees attend block release training every six to eight weeks with their fellow Trainees across NSW to gain a Certificate III in Civil Construction.

Civil Construction Trainees must be at least 16 years of age and hold their School Certificate and be willing to obtain a NSW drivers licence.
