Opportunities after your traineeship
Your traineeship is just the beginning. During the traineeship, Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) provides you with training in how to find a job in the public sector. When you finish your traineeship you will be encouraged to apply for any suitable jobs advertised, within Roads and Maritime Services (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) or the broader public sector. All jobs are awarded on merit, and require an application, an interview and referee checks.
Some traineeships can lead to further study.
