Corporate Services is a diverse and forward-thinking part of Roads and Maritime Services' (replacing Roads and Traffic Authority) business. We have a variety of roles on offer, from IT, to industrial relations, media, marketing and more.

We employ OHS facilitators and specialists, Human Resources and Industrial Relations specialists, policy professionals, marketing and communications specialists, IT professionals and experts in legislation and compliance in areas such as freedom of information and privacy.

We take a highly consultative approach, working in collaboration across the business. Our hallmark is leading edge practices, particularly in human resources , leadership development and information technology.

We partner with the organisation to provide:

  • People management services such as workplace conduct and practice, industrial relations
  • Workforce planning, talent management, targeted employment programs and capability development
  • Change management strategies and implementation support
  • Corporate policies, processes and governance
  • Freedom of information, privacy matters and ministerial and executive coordination
  • Media management, marketing, and communication services
  • Safe workplace systems, safe procedures and safe behaviours
