The Summary of Affairs is produced in compliance with Section 14 of the Freedom of Information Act. The Summary of Affairs lists the RTA's policies that relate to the functions of the RTA and have the potential to impact on its customers. The RTA's functions are the tasks for which the RTA exists, for example, road/bridge construction and maintenance, vehicle registration and testing, driver/rider licensing and road safety matters.
