Blueprint - the Corporate Plan

The Roads and Traffic Authority ceased to exist on 31 October 2011 and was replaced by Roads and Maritime Services.

Future Roads and Maritime Services corporate plan information, once developed, will be available on this page.

The Roads and Traffic Authority Corporate Plan 2008 to 2012: Blueprint is outlined below.

The Roads and Traffic Authority’s Corporate Plan 2008 to 2012: Blueprint was updated in January 2011 to recognise the significant progress made on Blueprint commitments and recommit the agency to key deliverables through to 31 October 2011. It also reflects the changes to the Roads and Traffic Authority’s operating environment since the launch of the Blueprint in 2008, such as the revision of the NSW State Plan, establishment of Transport for NSW, recommendations from the F3 enquiry and the organisational realignment in August 2010. Aligned with the NSW State Plan and other NSW Government priorities and strategies, the Blueprint agenda, while not covering all aspects of the Roads and Traffic Authority operations, set the priorities and focus areas for the organisation in the shorter term.

Blueprint Update 2011 was developed as a companion document to the 2008-12 corporate plan to confirm the Roads and Traffic Authority vision, values, results, and agenda to 31 October 2011.

Blueprint - 2008 to 2012

The Blueprint set the vision and values for the Roads and Traffic Authority until 31 October 2011 when it ceased to exist. It outlined the key priorities and milestones the organisation was set to deliver from 2008-12.
